Chaste, Chastity; 貞節，貞潔

根據1988年版的Webster's New World Dictionary，這兩個單字有下列幾個意思

Chaste, adj. 1) not indulging in unlawful sexual activity; virtuous 2) sexually abstinent; celibate 3) pure, decent, or modest in nature, behavior, etc. 4) restrained and simple in style; not ornate.

Chastity, noun. The quality of being chaste; specifically a) virtuousness b) sexual abstinence; celibacy c) decency or modesty d) simplicity of style.
